  39. QuickMovie is a MIDI aware Quicktime movie Editor/Player.
  40. • Rearranget MIDI instruments in a QuickTime movie.
  41. • Load Movie into RAM for maximum speed. (This will fail if you ran out of memory)
  42. • "RAM Assist" load as much as possible into RAM.
  43. • Play Movie at double speed or slow motion.
  44. • Play Movie at Max/Double/Half size.
  45. • Turn off Video/Text/Sound/MIDI track.

  48. • System 7 or later.
  49. • QuickTime 2.0 or later. Some features will crash under QuickTime 1.x !

  52. Quick Start:
  53. For MIDI Import:
  54. 1) Use ResEdit to change MIDI file type to 'Midi'.
  55. 2) Open... in File menu
  56. 3) Select a MIDI file and press 'Convert...'
  57. 4) Press 'Options...'
  58. 5) View and change instrument selections then press OK.
  59. 6) Press Save (and wait) and now you can play the MIDI movie.

  62. 1) Open a Movie with MIDI track.

  104. FAQ

  106. Q: How can I subtitle video?
  107. A: To do subtitling:
  108. 1) Prepare your script in DeskTopText. Make a text movie subtitle track.
  109. 2) Connect your VCR/LD to the video in. Play something!
  110. 3) Run DeskTopTV, and chose white as transparent color. 
  111. 4) Play the text movie in DeskTopMovie in front of DeskTopTV.
  112. 5) For recording, connect a TV monitor and VCR to the video out.
  113. You can also subtitle a QuickTime movie by adding the text track to
  114. any movie with the "Add Movie in parallel" function in DeskTopMovie.

  117. You can register to all 5 parts of MovieTrilogy for one low shareware price!
  118. If you are registered user of MovieTrilogy. You already register to QuickMovie.

MovieTrilogy is released as shareware. You are encouraged to make copies of MovieTrilogy and distribute to anybody through electronic services or on disks less than 2MB, provided you also copy the associated documentation. Distribution of MovieTrilogy on CD-ROM and all other high capacity (over 2MB) media is strictly prohibited.
